The videos below were filmed on behalf of VibeFlow Yoga in Del Mar, California. This unique yoga studio feature vibration plate technology and offers three classes (Shred, Vinyasa, and Restore). As director, director of photography, and editor, my goal was to capture the personality of this studio and help new members discover the benefits of this style of fitness.
